Custom apps for local businesses
Instant quotes, after-hours storefront pages, booking, inventory. I am Chad, I build in Central PA, and I ship real things for real shops. Look at the live client work below, then text me.
Real client work: Moyer Home Improvements
MHI is a working contractor in Central PA. They now hand a customer a QR code, the customer taps it, and a real quote is on their phone before the truck leaves the driveway. No paper, no "I will get back to you next week."
That is a demo quote with sample data, so tap anything you want. Nothing you do touches their real jobs.
Newest Project: The Front Door
The Front Door is a storefront concierge service built to spotlight your business to a visitor peeking through the glass when you are closed. It greets guests with concierge messaging, curator photos, and booking links so every missed walk-in becomes a warm invite. Our working demo comes from the Douglas Albert Gallery in State College.
What I build, what it costs, how long it takes
Instant quote tools. Your pricing, your branding, a QR code or a link. The customer gets a real number in minutes.
After-hours storefront pages. The Front Door: someone peeks in your window at 9pm and still gets a warm hello, your hours, photos and a booking link instead of a dark room.
Booking, inventory, request tracking. The unglamorous stuff that is currently living in a notebook or a pile of DMs.
Straight answer on money and time. Most first builds land between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars depending on scope, and two to six weeks. I will tell you which one you are before you commit, and I will tell you if you do not need an app at all.
Tell me what is slowing your shop down
Send your business name, the thing you want fixed, and the outcome you are after. I answer everything myself, usually same day. No pitch deck, no discovery call, no retainer.

- Other submissions won’t be ignored: I’ll reach out to additional submitters and offer their projects at highly discounted rates.
- Why I’m doing it: Right now I’m building apps for myself that no one is paying me for. Instead, I’d rather build something real for a local business and turn it into a reusable pattern I can offer others.
- The trade: In exchange for the free build, I ask for a written testimonial and permission to reuse the underlying app patterns/code as a template for future clients (your business data stays yours).

The playground
Everything past this line is me messing around: shipped App Store apps, TestFlight betas, band pages and half-built ideas. It is here because building for fun is how the client work gets good, not because you need to read it.
